What We Are Looking For...
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for assisting our accounting team in essential bookkeeping activities.


To succeed in this role, you must be very detailed orientated and able to manage several different accounts.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable review and entry
  • Book general journal entries for accrual expenses
  • Disbursement report analysis and reconciliation
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Posting Transactions
  • Processing Payroll
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Be Successful


  • Familiarity with monthly accounting close and related deadlines and deliverable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Internet Connection
You'll Stand Out If You Have
  • QuickBooks Online & Desktop Experience
  • Knowledge of other Accounting Software
  • At least 2 Years Experience doing bookkeeping work
